Ms.Roslin Richard-Director of You Can Win Skill Development Training Institute
Ms. Roslin Richard, Director of the institute, brings over 25 years of rich and diverse experience in working with students across various developmental stages. She is a highly qualified Educational Psychologist, Counselling and Child Psychologist, and an RCI-certified Special Educator in Learning Disabilities.
Over the course of her career, she has impacted the lives of more than 8,000 students, offering expertise in areas such as psychology, career guidance, graphology, handwriting enhancement, graphotherapy, calligraphy, mathematics, and special education support.
Since 2019, Ms. Roslin has conducted over 2,000 professional counselling sessions, supporting individuals in understanding and managing negative emotions through evidence-based counselling techniques and therapeutic approaches. Her work reflects a deep commitment to emotional well-being and holistic development.
In addition, she has mentored more than 7,000 individuals in life skills, academic growth, and mental well-being, and has actively led numerous seminars, workshops, and orientation programs for students, educators, and parents.
Her teaching philosophy is rooted in building strong foundational understanding, creating a learning environment where students feel safe, confident, and motivated. She emphasizes a warm, adaptive, and student-centered approach, supported by continuous communication and meaningful collaboration with parents.
Experience & Mentoring
Mentored postgraduate psychology students and PG Diploma in Counselling students from 2019 to 2023, supporting their academic development and practical counselling skills.
Counselling & Child Support
Provided counselling support for children in care homes and mentored counsellors working with adolescents and pre-adolescents, focusing on emotional well-being and developmental needs.
Special Education & Early Intervention
Delivered structured support for diverse learners through special education programs, along with practical strategies and guidance for parents and teachers to enhance learning outcomes, including behaviour therapies.
Calligraphy & Handwriting Development
Teaching calligraphy since 2004, training over 500 students. Successfully supported more than 2,000 learners in improving handwriting with visible and lasting results.
